Founded in 2016 as a new company but not new to the community or to cleaning. Charlie Hall, our Founder and President, is a Certified Building Service Executive with over 30 years of experience in commercial cleaning as a founding partner, consultant and/or executive with 9 different facilities service companies in the Louisville market. This includes a very prominent role in developing Louisville’s largest locally owned and operated cleaning company with 850+ team members and managing local operations for a 1400 employee cleaning company from Ohio. He saw a need to bring this level of professionalism and expertise back to the grass roots customers. The small to mid size customer that the larger organizations do not want to service or because of their size and scope find it difficult to service is the customer that we are seeking. We are building our team and we have created strategic alliances with other service providers to give you an opportunity to reduce vendors and still get things done.
